Chumling Outreach Clinic, Chumling

I was requested to plan, design and supervise the health post in Chumling. I requested the funding agency Community Action Plan if I can manage the project overall. This is partly due to the fact that the executing agency has to go through multiple bureaucracies, get entangled with administration rather than actual project implementation. The design was approved by the district level health agency and took a year to build one storey building that is earthquake resilient.
